If you're a complete newbie, read Bonus 1 - Commonsense Twitter - Starting Out first. It's written in a style which makes it easy for anyone to understand and implement. Once you grasp the basics of Twitter, the Business Blueprint will make a lot of sense.

Does Twitter Cost Anything to Use?

No. It's completely free. What it does cost you is lots of time if you don't use it efficiently.

We generally turn around designs within 5 working days or less from when we receive your completed design brief.

What If I Don't Like the Design?

We will create a design based on what you specificy in your Design Brief, so it's in your interest to answer the questions in the form provided as succintly as you can. You will receive the opportunity to ask for one set of amendments. After that, alterations will be charged out. The pack provides full details.
